Tofu Stew with Pickled Shrimp – Dubujeotguk-jjigae

두부젓국찌개

A stew made of simmered dubu (soybean curd / tofu) and fresh oysters seasoned with pickled shrimp sauce. Also called dubu-saeujeot-jjigae (dubu and pickled shrimp stew).
