Preparing Basic Ingredients Ginger

Peel the outer skin and wash.

To make ginger juice

  • Fine grate the ginger
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon water per ounce of ginger and mix well
  • Let stand 10 minutes
  • Squeeze through fine cotton cloth
