Szechuan Chicken

This recipe uses the following recipes as ingredients:
Brown Sauce
Marinated Chicken

1/3 cup cooking oil

1 cup marinated chicken

1 tablespoon minced garlic

2 tablespoons Hot Bean Sauce (commercial product)

5 red chili peppers

1 tablespoon chili paste

1 pound onion

1/2 pound carrot

1/2 pound zucchini

1/2 pound green bell pepper

1 1/2 cups brown sauce


Heat wok or deep stir fry pan over high heat.

Add oil.

Add chicken and stir.

Add garlic, hot bean sauce, chili peppers, and chili paste. Stir.

Add carrots, zuchinni, and green bell peppers. Stir.

Add brown sauce and stir.

Add corn starch slurry and stir to thicken.

Remove from heat.
