50 cups water

2 cups Shaoxing Cooking Wine

2 cups mushroom soy sauce

7 cups soy sauce

3 lbs sugar

3 Tbs white pepper

3 Tbs garlic powder

3 cups oyster sauce

1 1/2 cups chicken base

1 cup sesame oil
