Commercial Recipe for Garlic Sauce (Chinese)

Ingredients

20 cups Brown Sauce

2 lbs sugar

1 cup vinegar

1 cup Hot Bean Sauce (commercial product)

1 cup sesame oil

Procedure

Place all ingredients in a sealable container.

Mix well.

Label container with name and date.

Refrigerate until use.
