This recipe is for a pre marinated beef that is used in many other recipes.
Yield: 37 pounds
35 pounds beef
4 tablespoons baking soda
1 tablespoon white pepper
12 ounces corn starch
2 cups water
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup cooking oil
Slice beef across the grain into 1/2 inch thick strips.
Combine all ingredients except beef and oil in a large bowl or bucket and mix well.
Add beef and mix until all pieces are coated.
Pour oil over beef and mix well.
Refrigerate at least 24 hours before use.
