볶음밥 – Fried Rice

Alternate Spellings; Bokkum bap, bokoom bop, bok keum bap, bokkum pap

Cooked rice pan-fried with chopped meat and vegetables.

Any meat or vegetable can be used for fried rice.

Kimchi bokkeumbap is one of the more popular versions – Pork, kimchi, and either soy bean or mung bean sprouts are mixed with rice and stir fried.
