북어껍질국 – Dried Pollack and Meat Pattie Soup

A soup with patties made of minced beef, dubu (soybean curd / tofu), and mung bean sprouts that are placed under a slice of dried pollack. The patties and pollack are dipped in batter, pan-fried together, and added to a clear broth. Also called eogeultang.
