Gat-kimchi – Mustard Leaf Kimchi


A kimchi made of gat, a kind of mustard leaf. The stems and leaves are seasoned with pickled anchovy sauce. The strong flavor of the mustard leaf and the anchovy is what makes this kimchi popular.
