Korean Sesame, Wild sesame, Korean Mint. Mistakenly translated as sesame leaf, the perilla has a mild minty flavor. Used as a flavoring in soups, stews, and some pastry types, as a wrap, and in various side (Ban Chan) dishes. Available in most Asian Markets.
