Nabak-kimchi – Radish Water Kimchi

나박김치

A slightly pink kimchi made with Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced white radish, a large amount of water, and minari (a leafy vegetable resembling parsley) to give this kimchi a distinctive flavor.
