미역초회 – Miyeok-chohoe

Alternate Spellings; mi yuk cho hwe, mi yeok cho hoe, mee yook joe hwe

Blanched fresh seaweed and sliced cucumbers mixed with a sweet vinegar dressing. Also called Saengmiyeok-chohoe.
