빙수 – Bingsu
A refreshing summer snack made of shaved ice topped with sweet red bean, fruit, and sweetened condensed milk. In accordance with the main topping, different variations are called pat-bingsu (sweet red bean), gwail-bingsu (fruit), and so on.
