Ingredients
15 pounds Oyster sauce (3 5 pound cans)
3 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup sesame oil
1 cup mushroom soy sauce
Procedure
Place all ingredients in a large container and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until use.
