Cantonese Broccoli Beef

This recipe uses two other recipes as ingredients: Marinated Beef Brown Sauce

Yield: 2″ half pan


1/3 cup Cooking oil

1 cup marinated beef

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/2 pound Onion Chunks

1 1/2 pounds broccoli

1/2 pound carrots

2 1/2 cups brown sauce

corn starch slurry


Heat wok over high heat.

Add oil.

Add beef and cook to 80% done.

Add garlic and onions. Stir.

Add brown sauce. Stir.

Bring to boil.

Add corn starch slurry to thicken.

Remove from heat.
