Preparing Basic Ingredients Onion

Cut off root and stem area, peel and wash.

To make onion juice

  • Fine grate the onion
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon water per ounce of onion and mix well
  • Let stand 10 minutes
  • Squeeze though fine cotton cloth
