Choganjang (Vinegared soy sauce with sesame)

This is just one version of the popular Choganjang sauce.

toasted(roasted) sesame oil

small green or spring onion

Procedure

Directions

Mince or crush the garlic.

fine chop the green onion.

Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and stir until sugar is disolved.

Store refrigerated for up to one week.
