Garlic Chicken

This recipe uses the following recipe as an ingredient:
Garlic Sauce

Servings: 8

Yield: 2″ Half pan


1/3 cup cooking oil

1 cup marinated chicken

3 tablespoons minced garlic

1 pound onions

1/2 pound carrots

1/2 pound green bell pepper

1/2 pound zucchini

1 1/2 cups Garlic Sauce

corn starch slurry as needed


Heat wok or large stir fry pan over high heat.

Add oil.

Add chicken and stir

Add garlic and yellow onions, stir.

Add carrots, green bell peppers, and zucchini. Stir

Add Garlic Sauce and stir.

Add corn starch slurry as needed.

Remove from heat.
