Ingredients
18 lbs Sugar
24 cups water
24 cups vinegar
6 cups soy sauce
2 cups oyster sauce
2 cups hoisin sauce
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup ginger
1/4 cup garlic
1/4 cup red chili flakes
1 cup chili powder
2 tbs Ginger Powder
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs white pepper
Procedure
Preparation
Fill pot with water and bring to a boil.
Pour sugar into a five gallon container with lid.
Add boiling water to container and mix well.
Add all other ingredients and mix well
Label with name and date, and refrigerate.
