Dak-bokkeum – Stir-fried Chicken


A stir-fry dish of chicken with chopped green chili peppers, green onions, and seasonings.

Variations include a twice cooked version which is first grilled, then stir fried.

This dish may be spicy or not, depending on personal preference.
